Tummy Upset

That’s what our little one is having now. He’s been complaining about his stomach aching last night. I told him that it’s probably gas. He had a good night sleep, but he woke up with a tummy upset once again. He pooped twice already, but it wasn’t something watery. He also vomited once, but I guess it has something to do with the food that he had for breakfast.

I checked his temperature, but it’s normal. He probably got a bug in his tummy. We ate the same foods yesterday, but I am A-okay. I hope he will be better soon. It worries me when he is sick.

If Ya Wanna Play, Ya Gotta Pay!

One thing that my 8-year-old son loves doing is drawing and it could be anything. From planes to ships to farms and animals. I am proud to say that he got the liking for that from me. Yes, I love drawing too though I can say I am not really an expert at it. In fact, way back in grade school, I was always asked to join poster making contests or drawing competitions. And I think my love for drawing has something to do with my love for art too.

He was busy drawing cartoon characters last night like he always does, but later complained of lower back pain. He doesn’t need calcium supplements, does he? He’s only 8 years old. Maybe he was just tired from having the same posture while doing his thing. And besides, he spends much of the day playing hard outside so it’s no wonder he aches. LOL

Bigger is Not Always Better

Whenever we go to the supermarket, there is never a time that I don’t see an over weight child. There is always one, if not two or three and it kind of saddens me seeing them like that. I know some of them looks cute, but I was more concerned about their health.

I know it’s not good for them to grow that big. And I don’t think diet pills will ever be good for them since I think they are young for that, so there will be no chance that their parents will be reading myoswell reviews.

My 8-year-old son is of normal weight for his age and I will see to it that he will not get over weight. I always want him to be healthy.

Kids Will Be Kids

He doesn’t eat vegetables and he hardly finishes his plate of food each meal. I am talking about my 8-year-old son whom I am having a hard time thinking how to get him into eating good and healthy. I know it has something to do with being a kid too – picky and all – but still it worries me that he is not getting the right nutrients that his body needs everyday.

I do believe this is only a stage that he will outgrow one day. This is not an eating disorder which is needing the help of any eating disorders treatment centers. To be honest, I was like that when I was a child too and now I understand why my mom yakked at me all the time whenever I didn’t eat good. Do you think it’s my turn to yak now? LOL.

I Can’t Wait Until He Gains Some Weight

My son is gaining weight now and I’m so happy to know it. He was sick back home and putting some weight on him was really difficult for me. I fed him good and gave him all the vitamins I could think of, but nothing happened.

And now that he hasn’t taken vitamins, he gained weight. Maybe that’s because he stopped schooling for a while. I think he never gained weight back home because of the pressure the school was giving him.

He will be back to school in August and I am hoping that he will continue to gain weight. Not so much though where he would need to take thermogenic fat burners. Just enough weight to make him look more healthy.

He’s Way Too Young For Such

There is a strange thing that grew on my son’s back, just below his neck. It looked like acne but it wasn’t hard. I actually thought it could be chicken pox the first time I saw it. I was waiting for it to multiply but it didn’t. I don’t think it’s body acne either. He’s only 7 years old and I don’t think a boy his age would get acne that early. Or maybe I am just not aware of the possibilities. Maybe I need to check on that. I will ask my friends about it or perhaps, I will just research on it online. Or maybe you have some ideas there that you wanted to share. Please feel free to voice out. I will appreciate it.

He Waged a Valiant Battle

Yesterday was my late grandfather’s birthday and remembering it reminded me of those times when he had to deal with a complicated sickness. He got pneumonia and gastritis at the same time as well as having to deal with eczema. He had to have treatment for all three, eczema treatment being the shortest since it’s not as serious as that of his pneumonia and gastritis. His treatments prolonged his life but eventually, the time came that he would not accept the medicines he needed to take. I’ll not go into details the ordeals that he went through because it is simply heartbreaking. But nevertheless, he is at rest and is now in good hands. But still we miss him.
