He’ll Scream WHEEEE! When He Gets His Wii

My seven-year-old son is a big time gamer. He rather play computer games than eat. And I constantly have to stay on his case to make sure he gets his homework done. But he’s a good boy and I’m already thinking about what to get him for Christmas, because it’s just around the corner. And of course, he’s already let me know his biggest wish and that is a Nintendo wii game system with all the goodies and essential Wii accessories. To make it simple, I could just get him the Wii console bundle. And of course, what good would it be to have all that if he didn’t have plenty of Wii games to play, so those can be his stocking stuffers.

And it will be an especially very merry Christmas for us because by then I will be married to my fiancé, and my son will have a new daddy to help him play, though I’m sure my son will be the one teaching and helping him learn how to play. LOL!

He Enjoyed a Three-day Weekend

The country celebrated National Heroes Day yesterday so it was a holiday and there were no classes. The little one enjoyed his three-day weekend to the fullest. He’s been playing computer games the whole three days from the moment he woke up until sun down. Imagine that! I can’t blame him because he has nobody to play with here. His cousins didn’t visit so he just entertained himself by playing computer games.

He complained of headache in the afternoon so I told him to stop playing. But guess what? His headache disappeared all of a sudden right after I told him that. Hmmm…kids! They will always be kids, huh?

Mommy and Son Bonding Time

The little one’s weekend was spent playing on the computer during daytime and watching TV and doing his school assignments during the evening. His cousins who are his usual playmates didn’t spend their weekend here with us so he had nobody to play with. Therefore, I couldn’t complain about him using the computer and watching the TV, so I just let him enjoy himself and fill his time.

I was busy reading about lipozene reviews, anyway, so no problem. At least he wasn’t bugging me. He used the other PC and enjoyed himself while I used the other PC while keeping myself busy, the two of us doing our own thing yet spending time together. This is how we spend many of our weekends, more often than not, and it works for us, and we don’t get bored with each other. (“,)

What’s in A Name?

At this moment, I’m doing my online tasks here at the old PC while my son Yogi is playing his favorite war game, Raze, on dad’s new PC. He’s just about two feet away from me and I glance at the game once in a while. I admire his expertise on this game though he’s only seven. He always wins and he even has a code name and it’s Lipofuze. I wonder where he got that name. It’s a unique name but the word lipo means fat so I think it’s a name of a diet pill. I’ll check on that later, as soon as my time will allow me.

PSP

Or the PlayStation Portable is the gadget that has been ringing in my ears lately. Not because I want to buy it but it’s because of my son Yogi who has been telling me to buy him one and even persuading my BA too. And you know kids, they can be demanding at times.

I’ll probably buy him one soon but not now. He wanted it now so badly that he’s almost telling me or reminding me every hour, if not every minute of the day. He haven’t mentioned about it yet today though. Maybe later. LOL.

Be patient, Yogi. You can’t always have what you want in a blink of an eye. Understood? Hee hee.

y8 and y3

Those who are addicted to computer games would certainly know what y8 and y3 are. For those who doesn’t know, they are the game sites of yahoo – y8.com and y3.com respectively. And those sites are what my son Yogi opens every single day whenever he arrives from school and during weekends.

The sites have about a hundred if not a thousand games in it. He played different games in a day though I had noticed that there were days wherein he played this particular game called Jude Law. It’s a war game and he enjoys it a lot. I’m not into those kinds of games so I just watch him play from time to time.

More often than not, he plays while I was talking to my BA on skype which is okay with me since I get to talk to my BA without Yogi whining or disturbing us. LOL.

At The Playroom

We just had our snack at pizza hut that time when I decided to visit the beauty parlor at the third floor of the mall to have my toe nails cleaned. I was with my friend, Elsie and my son, Yogi. Upon reaching the third floor, my friend suggested to leave Yogi at the playroom because he might get bored waiting for me at the parlor. Yogi didn’t have second thoughts when I asked him if it’s okay to leave him there. It was his first time and I thought he wouldn’t like it.

I checked on him right after my pedicure was done. But much to my surprise, he still doesn’t want to leave. So, I went to the department store and checked on their new arrivals. Glad I found one to wear on my bro’s wedding. I returned to the playroom afterward and found Yogi still having a good time. Well, wish I can just leave him there but it’s getting late in the afternoon and we need to go home. He gladly obliged when I told him that. Good boy!
